FURNACES FOR CERAMICS

Various intermittent and continuous furnaces for ceramics, oven and dryers are manufactured for the items of porcelain and of refractory: pottery, sanitary ware, ceramic insulators. The furnaces for ceramics are working at temperatures up to 1550 °C.

The chamber furnaces:
the volume of furnaces from 5 m³ up to 10 m³ with the working temperatures from 1000 up to 1420 °C with fixed range of functions.

The gas heated chamber furnaces, series ТЕРМОГАЗ^® (TERMOGAZ) with volume 5 m³:

the furnaces are lined with fiber insulation. The furnace cars have mixed insulation: rigid and fiber insulation. Combustion process control is proportional. Process control is based on a microprocessor programmable controllers, which provide the automatic regulation of temperature in the furnace, pressure/underpressure of the furnace atmosphere at customer's will and need.

Technical and technological innovative solutions in furnaces allow:

• to provide soft process mode at low temperatures that allows uniform insulators drying resulting in absence of wasted products
• to keep the optimum under pressure mode with the accuracy of 0,1 mm water column that provides the high furnace thermal efficiency
• to improve the quality of electric insulators at keeping the heating technology and automatic reducing atmosphere support.

Continuous gas-heated furnaces

At large amount and scope of ceramic products in tunnel furnaces we reach high combustion efficiency. Due to the furnace design the main advantage of the furnace is that the hot flew gas is used for the products preheating before the removal from the furnace. Gas heated furnaces are provided for the continuous drying process, glost firing for china pottery, delft ware.

The modern automation control system allows to provide

• automatic burner ignition;
• automatic support of the specified pressure or underpressure;
• automatic ratio control;
• control of heating and cooling;
• automatic bogie transference.

We also produce electrically heated furnaces for all types of ceramics treating processes: chamber bogie hearth furnace, tunnel furnaces, drum furnaces with the temperature of 1300 °C.
